The Valorant 9.06 patch introduces several notable changes across agents, maps, gameplay systems, and more. Here’s a breakdown of the key updates:
Agent Updates:
Changes to the interaction of abilities with the glass window on Ascent: Phoenix’s Blaze and Neon’s Fast Lane will break the window if their initial cast center point hits it, while Harbor’s High Tide will no longer break the window. Meanwhile, Chamber’s Trademark, Cypher’s Trapwire, and Killjoy’s Lockdown will not break windows when placed too close.
Audio integration changes were made to Brimstone’s Orbital Strike and Vyse’s Steel Garden, making it easier to understand which direction to move to escape the AoE effects.
